Sully Pie's will exchange unworn, unused and unwashed products within 30 days of shipment, for free.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Email us at returns@sullypies.com and include your "Order Number" in the email.
- We will reply to your email with a pre-paid shipping label.
- Pack and drop off the item(s) with a USPS location or servicer.
We will notify you once we’ve received the returned item(s). You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@sullypies.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order if we receive notice within 24 hours of purchase and we have not fulfilled your order yet. Please let us know via email at hello@sullypies.com and let us know you'd like to cancel an order and provide us with your "Order Number."
